Recommended Dosage:

Adults 1 tablet twice a day
Children from the age of 12 1 tablet once a day

Effects:

Maca positively influences function of the human organism for its stimulative and adaptogenous effect. It increases the defensiveness against physical stamina, it activates thinking and supports concentration. It favourably influences defensiveness of the organism and positively act during fatigue syndrome, it increases the resistance against outer stress and decreases feeling of anxiety. Regarding ferrum content and other mineral substances, it is used as supportive means for anaemia, tuberculosis and stomach cancer. It acts favourably during irregular menstruation and negative symptoms of menopause.
